Carnivore Without A Gallbladder

“N=1 with no gallbladder here. I have been eating low to 0 carb for 3 months. There was an adjustment period when I moved from keto to carnivore 2 months ago and increased my fat intake. I had some looser stools and some minor reflux once in a while if I overdid it with fat, but otherwise I’m feeling great and digesting well overall. I eat 2MAD currently, hoping for OMAD in future, and possibly extended fasting. This way of eating is totally doable without a gallbladder.”

“My gallbladder was removed in the summer of 1992. Changed my way of eating to low-carb high-fat (LCHF) in February 2016, then progressed to Keto Lifestyle in February 2017. Progressed again in February 2018 to Zero-Carb aka Carnivore Lifestyle. As I started LCHF I started to eat only 3 meals a day and as the weeks passed I moved to 2 meals and in the end started to do OMAD (One Meal A Day). So eating Carnivore and OMAD with no gallbladder. No issues whatsoever! Most of those on FB (Carnivore groups) who don’t have a gallbladder say more or less the same.”
